At Rivant.co, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience across Pakistan. Please review our shipping terms below.


Order Confirmation

All orders placed on our website are subject to verification by our customer support team via call or WhatsApp.

Your order will only be processed after successful confirmation.


Advance Payment Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders of PKR 10,000 or above, we require an advance payment of PKR 500.

  • This advance is non-refundable if the parcel is refused, not received, or returned by the customer.

  • Orders below PKR 10,000 do not require any advance.

  • An order will be considered confirmed and effective only after the advance is received (where applicable).


Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver products to the shipping address provided at the time of order.

  • All deliveries are subject to product availability.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the city and courier service.


Replacement Warranty (Manufacturing Fault)

We offer a 3-day replacement warranty for manufacturing faults or defects.

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  • Replacement will only be provided if the product is unused and in original packaging.

Important:

  • If the original packaging has been removed, the item will not be replaced, but we may offer repair/service of the same piece.

  • Dents and scratches are carefully checked before shipment and are not covered under the 7-day replacement policy.


Return Condition Requirement

If returning any item, you must ensure:

  • The product is packed in the same packaging and condition in which it was delivered.

  • The item must be unused and undamaged.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return or replacement.
