Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Free Return Eligibility (Manufacturing Issues)
You are eligible for a free return (no return charges) within 7 days of delivery only if the watch has:

Mechanical fault, OR

Major structural integrity issue
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return the product for any reason other than the above issues:

Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Customer must bear the return courier charges
Return Conditions
To be eligible for any return:

Item must be in the same condition as received

Item must be unused and unworn

Item must include the original box and packaging

Proof of purchase may be required
⚠️ If the product shows signs of use or the original packaging is missing, the return may be rejected.
Open Parcel Facility
We provide Open Parcel Service for customer confidence.

Customers may check the watch before payment at delivery time.

If you refuse the parcel at the doorstep, it is completely acceptable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Wait for return confirmation.

Properly pack the watch with original box.

⚠️ Items sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong product
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you want a different model:

Return the original item first

After approval, place a new order for the desired product
This is the fastest way to ensure availability.
Refunds

Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

If the defective product is not available in stock, a 100% refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 working days.
Please note: Your bank or wallet provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
