Return / Exchange Policy

At Rivant.co, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Free Return Eligibility (Manufacturing Issues)

You are eligible for a free return (no return charges) within 7 days of delivery only if the watch has:

  • Mechanical fault, OR

  • Major structural integrity issue


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return the product for any reason other than the above issues:

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Customer must bear the return courier charges


Return Conditions

To be eligible for any return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must include the original box and packaging

  • Proof of purchase may be required

⚠️ If the product shows signs of use or the original packaging is missing, the return may be rejected.


Open Parcel Facility

We provide Open Parcel Service for customer confidence.

  • Customers may check the watch before payment at delivery time.

  • If you refuse the parcel at the doorstep, it is completely acceptable.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email.

  2. Wait for return confirmation.

  3. Properly pack the watch with original box.

  4. Send via any courier service to:

📩 After dispatch, share the tracking number on WhatsApp.

⚠️ Items sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

If you want a different model:

  • Return the original item first

  • After approval, place a new order for the desired product

This is the fastest way to ensure availability.


Refunds

  • Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • If the defective product is not available in stock, a 100% refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 working days.

Please note: Your bank or wallet provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
